About Kiara
I am an enthusiastic third-year mechanical engineering student and I have been part-time online tutoring for over a year now. I have helped numerous students from various grades (grade 4 to university level) achieve their academic goals (80% plus). I have personally achieved distinctions in the subjects I tutor such as Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Afrikaans, etc.

I believe practicing questions from low level to higher-level types are proven to be very effective in educating students. I will usually conduct a small assessment to gauge how much the student understands a topic, I will then do a revision of the topic with the student and proceed to teach the student further through practice.

The tutor rates are fixed amounts, however, failure to cancel a lesson 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled will result in half in tutor rate having to be paid due to inconvenience. Due to COVID-19, my current lessons will be online only. Thank you.
