About Magnus
I am an English Literature student at the University of Edinburgh, with 10 A*s and 1 A at GCSE (including 100% in both Latin and Maths), and 1 A* (English Literature) and 2 As (Latin and Maths) at A-level. I have taught four pupils individually before, spanning a period of two years, who all successfully gained entry into their respective schools of choice.

My tutoring experience is with children aged 8-14, but I am looking to tutor anyone between primary school age and A-levels. I am an outgoing and extroverted person, and my lesson structures reflect this; conversational interaction forms a key part of lessons, as I find this enables me to help them really understand the subject, going beyond the syllabus if they are capable, and to get to know the tutee as a person too.
