About Jordan
I am an experienced English teacher and passionate language learner who believes that learning a language should feel engaging, practical, and enjoyable rather than stressful or repetitive. I teach students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers, and I always aim to create lessons where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident using English naturally.
Alongside teaching English, I study multiple languages myself, which gives me a strong understanding of the challenges language learners face. I know how intimidating speaking can feel at first, and I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and clear explanations. This helps me connect with students and adapt lessons to suit different personalities, goals, and learning styles.
My lessons focus on real communication and steady progress. I help students improve their speaking, listening, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence in English. Whether you are preparing for exams, improving your Business English, practising conversation, or learning for travel or everyday life, lessons are designed specifically around your needs.
I take professionalism seriously and always aim to provide well-prepared, organised, and supportive lessons. At the same time, I believe students learn best when they enjoy the process, so I work hard to create a relaxed atmosphere where making mistakes is simply part of improving.
Outside teaching, I have a strong interest in music, literature, history, and languages, which allows me to bring a wide variety of interesting topics into lessons and keep conversations natural and engaging.

My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and built around helping students become confident, natural English speakers rather than simply memorising grammar rules from a dusty textbook graveyard
I teach students from complete beginners (A1) right through to advanced learners (C2), and I work with teenagers, university students, and adults from all kinds of backgrounds. Lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, writing, Business English, exam preparation, or simply improving fluency and confidence in everyday situations.
Because I speak multiple languages myself and actively study many more, I understand exactly what it feels like to learn a language from the student’s perspective. I know the frustration of forgetting words halfway through a sentence, the panic of listening exercises that sound like a speeding train, and the small victories that suddenly make everything click together.
My teaching style is highly personalised. I adapt lessons to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style. A typical lesson usually lasts 60 minutes, though shorter or longer lessons are possible depending on your needs.
In lessons, you can expect:
