About Edward
I’m a qualified English teacher (CELTA, Delta, MA TESOL, FHEA) with over 12 years of experience. I help adults, students and professionals improve their English for everyday life, work and study — including ESOL, Academic English, Workplace English and exam preparation courses. If you are studying in Bristol, I have a classroom with group ESOL courses that you can join, or you can choose one-to-one lessons. Similarly, if you choose to study online, you can join a class, or you can choose one-to-one lessons. You can message me to ask about prices for group lessons (they are cheaper!)

I create lessons tailored to your goals, level, and learning style. We’ll work on fluency, confidence, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation using practical, real-life activities. Suitable for ESOL, Academic English, Workplace English, and exam preparation (including IELTS). Lessons are interactive, engaging, and designed to help you communicate naturally and confidently. Lessons are delivered online via Zoom. Please note, the £16 rate is for group lessons (2-4 students in one group). One-to-One lessons are available for £39 per hour.

Details
The £16 per hour rate is for small group lessons. You will take a Placement Test before starting lessons and will be placed into a small group of students (maximum 4 students) at your English level. Courses are typically 24-weeks long and you will complete one CEFR level in that period.
One-to-one lessons can also be organised at a rate of £39 per hour.
