About Stylianos
I have a twenty-five-year career as an oenologist, university professor (graduate and undergraduate), and industrial consultant to the wine industry. I am qualified to teacher all sciences on the undergraduate level, and on the graduate level I am qualified to teach biotechnology and biochemistry. My Master of Philosophy and PhD degree in Yeast Physiology and Fermentation Biotechnology are from Abertay Dundee University in Scotland. For the last 10 years I taught as an adjunct lecturer - Industrial Fermentation Biotechnology - at Athens University of Applied Science.

My teaching method is highly individualized instruction based on utilizing many learning modalities to access my students best learning. My lessons build on prior knowledge by processing past lessons and applying them to new information. I regularly check for understanding and use standardized tests as assessment tools when applicable. Each student gets a very personalized approach.
