About Max
As a professional Environment Artist with experience at two game studios, I specialize in creating immersive environments for PC, console, and VR titles. With a degree in The Art of Video Games, I have a strong foundation in 3D modelling, texturing, and game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity. My work has been recognized with accolades such as The Rookies’ Game of the Year Excellence Award and being featured in Unreal Engine’s Community Spotlight.
I have also taught both in-person and online, helping students master complex tools and techniques. My industry experience, combined with my passion for teaching, allows me to offer valuable insights and practical guidance to help you reach your goals. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your skills, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Together, we’ll start by discussing exactly what you want to learn and design our lessons around your individual goals! Everyone learns at their own pace, so we’ll make sure the lessons are customized to fit your needs.
I’ve taught both in-person and online classes, adapting during the pandemic. Throughout this time, I offered one-on-one support to students who needed extra help, and I take pride in guiding people to achieve goals they didn’t think possible.
Currently, I’m working on a game in my role, staying up to date with the latest industry trends. Alongside learning essential skills like 3D modelling and game development, I can also provide career planning advice to help you break into the video game industry.
