Kris helped me to prepare my IELTS exam. She is such a patient teacher, attentive and dedicated. He scheduled the classes according to my availability and really helped me to improve the mark in all the skills needed for the exam. His classes were fun, interesting and easy to follow. He is really committed with his job and supportive.

I’m applying to study at university, and it requires an overall score of 7.5 with a minimum of 7.5 in each component. I had already taken the Academic IELTS test back in 2018, but the result had expired, and I had only scored 6.5 in Writing, so it wouldn’t have been enough.

When I started lessons with Kris, we had only about two months before I had to take the test again, and I needed to improve by a full band in Writing. We began with a mock test and then focused intensively on the Writing tasks—learning essential vocabulary, useful strategies and tricks, essay structure, and covering every possible question type that could appear on exam day.

Kris also provided plenty of practice materials, which he carefully corrected and gave detailed explanations for. His feedback was always clear, constructive, and extremely helpful.

Thanks to Kris, I improved from an overall score of 8.0 (L8.5, R8.5, W6.5, S7.5) to an overall 8.5 (L9.0, R9.0, W7.5, S8.0). I’m sure I wouldn’t have achieved this without his valuable lessons and guidance.
