About Carter
I am a full time tutor working in the Philadelphia PSD as an elementary math, literacy, and social emotional learning tutor.
I work with students who are behind in their classes, or who have a challenging time interacting with their peers and other adults. My students range from those with very little experience speaking English, to those who have learning disabilities. I have spent over 1,000 hours tutoring, and enjoy every minute of it.

I follow a gradual release approach of I do, we do, you do, to build student confidence, while giving them ample space to grow.
