My students often describe me as encouraging, approachable, and able to make learning enjoyable. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed when given the right guidance and confidence. My Teaching Approach - Assessment & Goal Setting: After an initial assessment, I create a clear roadmap for learning. - Long-term goals: a structured plan to achieve the student’s target grade within a set number of lessons. - Short-term goals: specific objectives for each session, ensuring consistent progress and motivation. - Tailored Learning: I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s preferred way of learning, making lessons both engaging and effective. - Exam Readiness: I focus on building confidence by combining targeted topic reviews with strategic past paper practice. I also share proven techniques to manage time pressure and perform well in exams. Why Choose Me? - Experience in tutoring students to achieve national level awards - Strong academic background in both STEM and the Humanities. - Experienced across exam boards, with a clear understanding of curriculum requirements. - Positive learning environment: I focus on strengths while constructively addressing areas that need development. - Proven results: Students I’ve worked with have praised my ability to make lessons clear, motivating, and confidence-boosting. My goal is not just to help students reach their target grades, but also to ensure they enjoy learning, feel confident in their subjects, and develop the skills to succeed independently.
