About Serannya
I bring more than six years of experience in high-volume customer service and contact-center environments, including extensive experience supporting healthcare members with benefits, eligibility, claims, pharmacy questions, provider searches, escalations, and complex service concerns.
My professional experience also expanded beyond frontline customer service into quality-focused responsibilities, including reviewing customer interactions, participating in calibration sessions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
Throughout my career, I have learned that strong customer service requires much more than simply answering questions. It requires active listening, empathy, clear communication, critical thinking, accurate documentation, problem-solving, and the ability to remain professional when conversations become difficult.
I enjoy helping others recognize the value of the experience and skills they already have. My coaching approach is practical, patient, and encouraging while still providing straightforward feedback about areas that can be strengthened.
Whether you are preparing for your first customer service position, transitioning into healthcare or contact-center work, or trying to become more confident in interviews and professional communication, I will meet you where you are and help you build from there.

My lessons are designed for people preparing for customer service, call center, healthcare support, member services, or remote customer support roles. Whether you are new to customer service or already have experience and want to improve your interview skills, our sessions will be tailored to your goals.
I use practical, real-world coaching rather than generic scripted answers. We can work on common and behavioral interview questions, STAR-format responses, “Tell me about yourself,” difficult-customer scenarios, de-escalation, active listening, professional phone communication, call control, documentation, problem-solving, quality expectations, and working successfully in a metrics-based environment.
A typical session begins by identifying the position you are pursuing and the areas where you want the most help. We then work through realistic questions and scenarios together. For interview preparation, I can conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to help you strengthen your answers while still sounding natural and authentic.
What sets my approach apart is my real-world experience in high-volume healthcare customer service and contact-center operations. I understand what it is like to handle complex customer concerns, explain benefits and claims, resolve problems, de-escalate difficult interactions, document accurately, meet performance expectations, and maintain empathy throughout the conversation.
If you are changing careers or entering customer service for the first time, I can also help you identify transferable skills from your previous experience and learn how to communicate their value to a potential employer.
My goal is simple: help you build practical skills, communicate your experience clearly, and become better prepared for the customer service opportunities you want to pursue.

Details
The first 30-minute session is a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, experience, and the areas where you would like support. Standard coaching sessions are $40 per hour and are conducted online via webcam. The complimentary consultation is intended for introductions and goal-setting; résumé review, interview preparation, job-search coaching, and other in-depth services are provided during paid sessions.
Packages may be used for ongoing career coaching, job-search support, résumé and application review, interview preparation, and customer service/call-center skills development. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals and conducted online.
