About Maryzeeni Creates
I have taught a variety of cuisines—including Indian/Pakistani, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Greek, English, and French—with a primary focus on seasonal recipes that promote health and wellbeing. My classes reinforce the benefits of ‘eating the rainbow,’ while encouraging low-carb, high-protein, and balanced meals and desserts.

Together, we create a surprise seasonal recipe—and the first person to guess the dish gets to choose the recipe for our next class! My classes are fun and engaging, with interactive quizzes along the way to keep everyone motivated and excited about cooking.
