About Inyeong
Hello there!
I have been teaching Korean online for about 3 years now, working with students of various nationalities and ages, from children to seniors.
I began teaching Korean as a volunteer while studying as an exchange student at the University of Warsaw. During that time, I introduced students to the Korean alphabet (Hangeul) and supported them in improving their speaking skills through personalized feedback and error correction.
So far, I have taught more than 120 students from various countries and age groups, from complete beginners to advanced learners preparing for the TOPIK exam.
Some of my students have successfully achieved TOPIK Level 2 and Level 3 through consistent and structured lessons tailored to their goals.
I believe language learning should feel comfortable, enjoyable, and encouraging. My goal is to help students build confidence while improving their Korean step by step.
Furthermore, I obtained Korean language teaching certification last year, strengthening both my practical teaching experience and theoretical foundation.
I am currently based in Calgary, Canada, and I enjoy yoga and traveling in my free time.

Do you want to speak Korean more naturally but feel unsure about grammar or lack confidence when speaking?
In my lessons, I combine conversation practice with grammar explanations so you can use what you learn right away!
Beginners can start step by step with Hangul reading, intermediate learners can improve through sentence patterns and speaking practice, and advanced learners can work on conversation, current events, business Korean, and writing correction in a fully customized way.
My lessons are a great fit for students who:
-️ have studied Korean before, but still struggle to speak
️- know grammar, but find it difficult to use in real conversation
️- need business Korean for Korean companies, interviews, resumes, or workplace communication
-️ want to prepare systematically for TOPIK reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar
In class, I use materials prepared according to each student’s goals and current level, and I help you organize useful expressions and common mistakes.
I graduated from National University in Korea, and I studied as an exchange student at the University of Warsaw.
After graduation, I worked at various companies, and recently I worked as a yoga teacher and Korean tutor.
My specialty is conversational Korean mixed with grammar tips. I have a Korean language Test Level 1 certificate, which means that my level of understanding Korean is equivalent to 1% of ordinary Koreans.
Therefore, I can explain all the complicated grammar rules in an easy and organized way.
