About Sonny
Hi, I’m Sonny — a passionate and boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing coach based in London with over 10 years’ experience in combat sports and personal training. I’m a Level 1 England Boxing Coach (Level 2 in progress) and a CIMSPA-recognised Level 3 Personal Trainer, fully insured and First Aid trained. I currently coach at a leading combat gym in North London, where I work with complete beginners, kids, adults, fitness clients, and amateur fighters. Whether you’ve never put on gloves before or want to sharpen your striking for competition, I’ll guide you step by step in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. Your first session is completely FREE, so you can get a feel for the training with no pressure or commitment. I offer structured, high-quality sessions focused on proper technique, movement, pad work, and fitness. You’ll learn real skills while building strength, confidence, and discipline—no matter your level or experience. I also compete actively in Boxing, Muay Thai, and K1, so you're learning from someone who practises what they preach and understands how to train for real results.
