About Triparna
I am Triparna, a dedicated STEM educator with a passion for helping students find clarity, curiosity, and confidence in their studies. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics from Boston University and an Integrated Master’s in Software Engineering, giving me a rigorous foundation in quantitative reasoning, mathematics, and scientific thinking.
Over the years, I have worked with learners across every age group—from engaging 5-year-olds in hands-on activities as a Camp Assistant Director and community volunteer, to teaching and mentoring university students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This broad experience taught me that exceptional teaching isn't about lecturing; it is about meeting each student where they are, adapting to how their mind works, and turning intimidating concepts into accessible, intuitive ideas.
Outside of academics, I believe learning thrives best in an encouraging, low-pressure environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and taking ownership of their progress. My goal is to equip every student with both solid subject mastery and the independent problem-solving skills they need to excel.

Hi, I’m Triparna! With an MS from Boston University, I bring extensive teaching experience across all ages—from mentoring 5-year-olds to supporting Master's students through roles as a university Graduate TA, Camp Assistant Director, and community volunteer.
My tutoring focuses on secondary students up to Year 10 / GCSE (ages 11–16) in Maths, Science, Algebra, and Statistics. I use a patient, concept-first approach: breaking complex topics into intuitive steps, guiding problem-solving, and mastering exam techniques without rote memorisation. Standard sessions are 60 minutes, dedicated to clearing school doubts, active practice, and building independent academic confidence in a supportive environment.
