I teach the foundations of meditation to help you find peace and joy. Together we'll practice being mindful of all of the body sensations, the breath, feelings and thoughts. We will discuss and explore different practices (such as concentration, loving kindness and compassion practice) and find the one that's right for you.
Through meditation, I will help you find lasting happiness in your life.

Nic is intensely dedicated to the practice of meditation and the process of awakening. I met Nic as a fellow monastic, studying Dharma and spending lots of time in silence. And when we weren’t in silence, we’d speak about virtue, truth, and striving for goodness. The Buddha said ‘friendship is the whole of the path’ — Nic is a good friend, and I believe his teaching will not only benefit others tremendously, but will also benefit him in his personal & spiritual pursuits as well.
