About Zehra
Hello, my name is Zehra YILDIRIM. I am a language enthusiast and a native speaker of Turkish; I also speak English and a bit of Spanish. I have always been passionate about languages and enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others learn. Teaching Turkish is a way for me to combine my love for my native language with my desire to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
I believe that language is not just a means of communication but also a gateway to understanding different cultures and perspectives. Through teaching Turkish, I aim to foster cultural appreciation and facilitate cross-cultural communication. It brings me joy to see my students progress in their language skills, gain confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the Turkish language and culture.
Furthermore, I find teaching Turkish to be a rewarding experience as it allows me to share the beauty and richness of the Turkish language with others. It is a chance to introduce learners to the fascinating aspects of Turkish grammar, vocabulary, and expressions.

As an experienced Native Turkish Language Tutor, my primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive language instruction and cultural insight to individuals or small groups seeking to learn and develop their proficiency in the Turkish language. Drawing upon my native fluency and a deep understanding of the Turkish language and culture, I will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters rapid language acquisition and a genuine appreciation for Turkish culture.
The typical length of a lesson would be 40-45 minutes, however, it might be longer or shorter depending on your level and knowledge of the language.
Personally, I have achieved a grade of 9 in my Turkish GCSE Edexcel exam, with a mark of 276/280. Therefore as a native speaker of the language, I am more than happy to teach anyone regardless of level or age.
