About Jessica
I have started my journey in Health and Social care 9 years ago. I studied extremely hard to gain a National Diploma Extended Entry Level 3 Early years and Elderly. I then went and studied in more depth about mental health and learning difficulties gaining a NVQ 3 (QCF 3). I also have a QCF 3 in Education and Training.
During my time of studding I wanted to gain experience in working within different health and social care settings. I done voluntary work working in a playgroup under 5's. I also was a Team leader working in a residential care home supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and mental health. I also have been a senior role in working with the elderly.

In my Job roles due to qualifications I have, I have been a team leader and senior staff member, meaning that i have worked in health and social care settings, supporting vulnerable individuals as well as working in line with managers and different organisations promoting good practice. Following policies, producers and legislation supporting staff to do as well.
My passion is to support individuals to gain the qualifications and shared experiences within the Health and Social care settings.
