About Ava
Most of my students described me as "Motivated! Caring! Sweet-voiced! Experienced! Mindful! Cheerful!".
I value yoga teaching lots since it does not only enhance the physical strength but also the mental flexibility of my students.
Through teaching yoga, I am offering my students an opportunity to relax their bodies, to calm their minds and to be in the present moment.
