About Michaelle
Several of my student were autistic, had speech impediments, or other physical handicaps that could have been a roadblock to expression. However, the music and safe space for expression brought out a confident and beautiful side of their personality I really enjoy seeing. My style is folk-rock, but I am open to any style or genre.. mostly!

Hello! My name is Michaelle and I am from the Netherlands! I have six years experience teaching guitar as well as seven years traveling and recording as a professional musician. My style is more artistic and less rigorous, meaning it is about creating a strong bond between you and your guitar instead of focusing on minute details. I firmly believe music can be incredibly therapeutic and I will expect my students to complete any homework assignments as they will be important, but in the end it truly is about enjoying what you do!
