About Mahdi
I've been consistently lifting for 2+ years, with a background in Martial Arts. I've worked with various individuals, from those 200lbs+ aiming for moderate weight loss and accomplishing their goals to teenagers aiming to put on muscle mass and have gained. Passion is my first motivation when it comes to fitness being a fitness coach, and teaching others my learnings to achieve their fitness goals since I've felt how satisfying it is to see yourself in a better physical condition. Working out has been a part of my life that I can't put aside, since a healthy mind is in a healthy body.
