About Sabiya
Hello! My name is Sabiya, and I am a qualified Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation. I have over two years of clinical experience working in a hospital, where I treated orthopedic, post-operative, ICU, cardiorespiratory, and neurological patients. During my clinical practice, I developed a strong interest in helping patients recover through evidence-based rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy because I believe sharing knowledge helps both the teacher and the student grow. I want to help BPT students understand physiotherapy concepts in a simple, practical, and clinically relevant way. My classes focus on building strong fundamentals, improving clinical reasoning, and connecting theory with real patient cases. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and gain the confidence to apply their knowledge in clinical practice. I also believe in continuous learning and regularly update my knowledge to provide accurate and evidence-based guidance.

My classes are designed for BPT students, interns, and aspiring physiotherapists who want to strengthen both their theoretical knowledge and clinical understanding. I teach Orthopedics, Exercise Therapy, Electrotherapy, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy, ICU Physiotherapy, Neurological Rehabilitation, and Rehabilitation techniques in a simple and interactive manner. Classes are conducted online through Google Meet using case-based discussions, practical examples, and concept-focused learning. My aim is to help students improve their confidence, prepare for university exams and practicals, and develop better clinical reasoning for real patient care.
