About Julia
I am a full time piano teacher with a Masters degree in Music Education from Kingston University. I previously finished my piano degree at the conservatory in Bolzano in Italy. Having started playing the piano at the age of 7 I always had the wish to go into teaching. I am a passionate teacher and want my pupils to enjoy the music.
I have experience of teaching students from age 5 to adult, from beginners to advanced learners. I am fully aware of the syllabus and expectations of the ABRSM and TRINITY COLLEGE and my students are able to sit the exams if they wish to.

It's really important for me to motivate my students to play and study the piano and to have fun in playing music. I structure my lessons according to the student's ability and experience. Although my lessons are structured, there is always the flexibility to adapt to the student's needs and wishes.
