An experienced practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, I live and train in a Daoist monastery where I disciple under a Daoist master. I'm a lineage holder in methods of Tai Chi & Chi Kung, and am a dedicated scholar & teacher of meditation methods.

If you are a beginner, then we can use memory tools and goal setting to make it fun. For more advanced practitioners, or people with personal interests, we can research and delve deep into any subject. Light-hearted and relaxed by nature, I view teaching as a chance to connect and share this amazing medicine... and it shows!
