About Greta
I am a professional dancer with a lifelong passion for movement, beginning my dance journey at the age of 9. My training started in Italy at SpazioCorpo (Udine), continued in Germany at Tanz Zentrale Leipzig, and culminated in my graduation from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
Why choose me? Because I’m deeply passionate about dance and dedicated to sharing it in a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment. I believe that everyone has the potential to discover joy, confidence, and well-being through dance.
As both a professional performer and a conservatoire-trained artist, I offer practical, effective guidance to help you develop your skills and reach your full potential. My diverse background spans ballet, jazz, commercial and contemporary techniques, blending classical foundations with modern expression.
Professionally, I worked as an apprentice assistant choreographer for The Witcher (Netflix) and collaborated as a student with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company. I’ve also choreographed and performed for the Architectural Association School of Architecture.

Lesson Overview:
My classes are rooted in Release Technique and somatic practices, promoting fluid and efficient movement.
I tailor each session to support your unique body, helping you move with greater ease and discover your full potential.
This body-friendly approach encourages safe exploration and enhances your physical capabilities.
Lessons are enriched by my diverse background in Cunningham Technique, Yoga, and Pilates, offering a well-rounded movement experience.
I also offer creative sessions focused on improvisation to inspire self-expression and artistic growth.

Greta is a fantastic instructor. She knows how to explain the exercises effectively, which for Pilates is particularly important given the added need to ensure you are actually using the right muscle groups in the moment. She clearly cares about her students and is invested in their progress, taking the time to discuss and plan what will work for them going forwards. I would highly recommend her.
