About Richard
I’m Richard, a counsellor and former lecturer with over 20 years of experience working with people. I have an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, and have also studied psychotherapy, philosophy and psychoanalysis. I want to teach because I enjoy helping students find their way into ideas that initially seem difficult. My approach is warm, empathetic and encouraging: you can ask questions freely, work at your own pace and build confidence as your understanding grows.
