Alessandra (Ali) is a wonderful patient tutor. She doesn't make you feel intimidated by learning a new language and makes you feel relaxed so you feel confident enough to speak in front of people you don't know. She's thorough in her teaching which involves videos and podcasts etc. so it makes the lesson enjoyable. Ali goes at a pace that is comfortable whilst covering all bases and you quickly find yourself having a quick discussion on varying topics that you never thought you would be able to do in a different language.
