My teaching is rooted in proven educational psychology and current classroom best practices. I split every lesson into three distinct phases to maximise memory retention and understanding:
Retrieval Practice: We start every session with a five-minute low-stakes quiz covering previous topics. This strengthens long-term memory and highlights any knowledge gaps before we move on.
