My teaching method and techniques:
I believe in learning by understanding, not memorizing. I explain difficult topics in simple Tagalog-English (Taglish) so it's easy to get. I use real-life examples from the Philippines, like bagyo, baha, and LGU projects, to connect lessons to reality. I also use visuals, short summaries, and guided Q&A to make sure you really understand, not just copy.
A typical lesson plan:
Review (5 mins): Quick check on what you already know.
Lesson Proper (25 mins): I explain the topic step-by-step with simple examples.
Application (15 mins): We answer together — essays, definitions, or report analysis.
Summary & Takeaway (5 mins): I give you a short, ready-to-pass summary for your notes.
