About Junior
My varied and vast experiences working within secondary school settings stand me in good stead to succeed working within SLT or as a secondary English teacher. As well as working with independent secondary and primary schools in London and the Middle East, I have also worked with government schools in the UAE as a secondary English teacher. My main leadership experience has been working in the dual role of SENDCo and assistant head within primary and secondary school settings in London for over two years. Recently, I have completed a Master's in Education studies with the University of Roehampton.

I would describe my teaching style as engaging, purposeful and personalised. In order for students to achieve their maximum potential, live modelling during lesson time should be supported with clear success criteria (WAGON) and examples of work completed to an excellent standard by other pupils (WAGOLL).
