Outside of my work hours, I serve as an independent support worker, and during work hours, I function as a peer health coach. My primary focus is on empowering individuals to feel supported, confident, and optimistic about achieving their personal goals. I work closely with them to develop strategies and pathways to reach these milestones.
Each appointment with me online lasts for one hour, providing ample time for us to converse, build rapport, and discuss the reasons behind your visit. Whether you're seeking guidance on specific goals or simply need a space to unload, every session is tailored to meet your needs and preferences in a professional but comfortable way.
