About Roxana
A friendly and approachable tutor with teaching experience in Secondary Schools that enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills, working together with the learner towards achieving their specific goals. My experience covers Specialist Dyslexia support and intervention for literacy and Religious Studies, teaching English as a second language, teaching KS3 Religious Studies and preparing Y11 for RE exams. As a tutor I have taught English, Life Skills, interview and CV skills. My belief is that in order for students to become engaged and motivated during lessons, energy and inspiration must come directly from the teacher and what I have to offer is fresh energy and a different teaching approach, good language skills as my mother tongue is Romanian (which is a Latin language with common roots as French, Italian and Spanish), and I am also speaking English, Spanish, French and German.
