About Julie
My name is Julie. I’ve been a teacher for over 20 years having initially started life as a research chemist. Alongside teaching in the classroom I often tutor individuals chemistry, either online or face to face- most Tutee’s come to me from word of mouth. I have 4 children myself, and understand the stresses and strains students go through when trying to achieve their goals. I find it very satisfying to see the development of an individual following the support of a Tutee.

I always start by checking out what the student wants to achieve. Is the student working towards a particular test. Also, what grade are they at and what do they struggle with. Often sharing a general series of questions on a topic helps to understand where help and support is required. Then I would teach and introduce questions as appropriate.
