About Lori
A little about me...
Like most young girls, I learned to sew in home economics class, and from helping my Mom with different projects.
In High School, I helped make and mend costumes for the drama productions at the school, and as a yound adult I make curtains, bedding, pillows etc but then I didn't touch a sewing machine for around 20 years.
In 2019 I found myself frustrated by ill fitting, uncomfortable high street clothes, and I thought, why don't I just make my own... I live in London, home to some of the best fabric shopping in the world, so I bought a sewing machine, watched a few youtube videos and the next thing I knew, I was hooked.
Now I'm keen to share my passion with others.

I have a completely kitted out sewing studio in Tetbury, in the heart of the Cotswolds. You are welcome to join me there for face to face lessons, or we can meet online. Whatever suits you.
What do you want to make? A new indie pattern, alterations for a better fit, or perfect an invisible zipper... I'm happy to help you build your confidence and master new skills.
