About Aysha
My Masters is in HRM in which I have also gained many years experience of working in an HR role. I have always maintained a keen interest in business and worked in family businesses. I have also launched my own business as a Henna Artist.
Furthermore, I trained as an F.E./ H.E Teacher where I taught various Business subjects, such as Management, Marketing, HRM, Accounts, Fashion Marketing at various levels from Level 3 to 5.
I have also taught the CIPD courses at level 3. Furthermore, I have supervised degree students dissertations at Warwick University , as well as marking and assessing assignments for students studying professional courses level 3 to 5.
I have taught ma y study skills sessions to students throughout my career. Other work has involved mentoring disadvantage youngsters, offering C.V writing and interview prep and job searching skills.
I have extensive range of work experience.
