Building an honest and effective relationship requires clear communication. First, I must determine the clients goals for training. After determining the clients needs, I can create a set of athleticly enhancing drills to help in progressing the clients skill set.
I have worked with students in many different settings. Although, I mostly work with collegiate level players. I am always excited to share my knowledge with players of all ages.
Always ask questions!!!!! Make sure the information makes sense to you!
Being the head coach of my summer collegiate team was an incredible experience. I was able to watch these players grow and move on to bigger and better establishments.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Always ask, "how will this benefit me?" In order to gain further understanding of the purpose of the exercise, drill, etc.

Cody did an incredible job assessing and instructing my son's swing and pitching mechanics. I saw noticeable improvements in a short span of time. Can't wait to learn more!
Cody was patient and had great insight on how to communicate with my son. He has access to the Los Al field and it is well worth the price. Will definitely be coming back!
Cody Marshall is an incredible coach. His patience and drive to help others, play a huge part in his success of being an effective teacher. He is very knowledgeable of the sport and communicates clearly to increase the effectiveness of the session. At 20$ this is a heck of a deal and we will definitely be returning.
