About Abigail
Hello! My name is Abigail McCloskey and I just finished my freshman year in college and aim to get a degree in nutrition. Right now, I attend the Word of Life Bible Institute diving deeper into religious studies. I love science and am passionate about helping other students with their educational lives. I worked part-time at a hospital as a Patient Care Technician in the Emergency room and seek to continue my college career at a 4 year bachelor program. I would love to meet with young students looking for help in chemistry, math, anatomy, and/or religion class and give them the tutoring needed to be successful. I've taken many classes throughout high school and college including multiple anatomy, psychology, Bible and chemistry classes. They are all subjects I highly enjoy as I apply it to my current job and future healthcare positions.
I have been in the public school system my entire life. While in high school, I took general classes and went to a technical school for healthcare where I got my nurse aide certification. I have attended a community college and now go to Word of Life Bible Institute! I have been in a leadership/mentor position for other students in the animal science and healthcare careers technical program all through high school.
