About Keli
I am a weight loss success story. In 2016 I started to take control of my life and made myself a priority. Eleven months after beginning my journey, I was down 100 pounds and living a healthier life.
My main purpose in life is to help others live a healthier and more active life. I absolutely love helping people - lift weights, become more mobile, or lose weight. I proudly hold the following certifications:
USA Powerlifting Coach
NCSF - Certified Personal Trainer

I enjoy helping people. I like helping people work towards and achieve goals. More specifically, I like working with people 1:1 to give them the attention they deserve.
I became a personal trainer and coach after making my health a priority. I have always been an educator and have simply brought my passion for helping people to the strength side of health and wellness.
I am a certified personal trainer and USPA powerlifting coach and judge.

Ideally, I have an introductory phone call first. I also arrange a complimentary in person session to see how the person moves, the person gets a sense of how I work, and together we determine if we are an ideal team.
I have worked with men and women from 16-75 years of age.

Love her training methods warm ups and cool downs after each training session. She’s straight forward and doesn’t sugar coat anything when training her clients. I can be funny, weird self and she passes no judgment. She’s very passionate in what she does and strives to be better each day I train with her.
