About Sherman
Hello everyone my name is Sherman Jackson and I am a personal trainer that also teaches boxing. I started my journey in 2011 because I was overweight so I decided to train myself and lost over 40 lbs. I decided to help others who are struggling with their weight so I became a personal trainer in 2015. I love my job & the most rewarding thing is seeing a client reach their goals. The first session is free. So if you're interested in personal training or boxing training contact me.
I got started teaching because I was once overweight and I wanted to help others with that same problem.
I am a npta certified personal trainer.

My typical process is giving s new student the first session Free so I can go over their injury history and fitness goals. I also like to see what there fitness level is.
New comers to the gym, people with injury history, kids, anyone who is trying to learn new things.
I would suggest you feel the teacher out to see if your personalities work with each other.
