Jenn 's approach is tailored specifically to each client; she gets on your level and goes at your speed while somehow also pushing just enough to make sure you make progress. That is a tough balancing act, and she makes it look easy. She is also a pleasure to work with, and she employs good people – everyone I've ever dealt with in connection with Trainers in Transit has been insightful, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and (best of all) effective. Just what you want for your fitness/health/wellness team!
