About Lily
I am a college graduate pursuing a career in the science field. I have experience tutoring English, writing, biology, chemistry, microbiology and related areas. My specialty is organic chemistry and biochemistry. Please contact me to learn more! I have flexible hours and days and am willing to work with you!
I love seeing the motivation and passion in students. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the progress a student makes in their journey.
I fell in love with tutoring in college. I started by teaching introductory chemistry and organic chemistry and quickly expanded to biology and writing.
I have several years experience working in cancer research laboratories and I currently work for a pharmaceutical company as a laboratory analyst.

I first like to ask students what they are looking for in tutoring services and what their long term goals are. I think communication and understanding are the most important steps in the learning process. I will work to find the best way to teach each student since everyone learns differently.
I have worked with freshman students, AP and honors and regular level high school classes. I also have experience teaching upper level undergraduate courses.
