Being a Health and Wellness Coach I love creating healthy recipes for popular dishes.
I'm a meal prep pro and love teaching my clients to meal plan and prep to eat healthy, tasty meals that don't break their bank.

I started teaching long time ago to make some extra cash while in Grad school since cooking was my hobby and stress buster.
Years later, when I became a health coach 3 years ago, I started teaching my clients on weekly calls to meal plan and prep.
I'm passionate about cooking and being a Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach, I have over 3 years of experience in working with clients to help them with their nutrition.
I'm also certified in Portion Controlled Nutrition.

1. Text introduce each other and to understand their need and if I'm the right instructor to ptovide value.
2. Phone call with the student to learn their goals, struggles. What they have tried before, what worked and what didn't.
3. Come up with a game plan for the day of.
4. Set up appointment and agree on location.
I have worked with all kinds of students, right from busy ptofessionals to those with autoimmune diesease and those that are in time crunch.
Health is all about balance. Crash diets don't work in the long run. So, as long as you eat cleanish 80% of the time, you are good to indulge 20%.
Well, due to Covid, I haven't been able to attend any recent events in person. However, few months aho I did a zoom call teaching session of making healthy grain-free chocolate chip pizzookie. It was super fun with 8 women.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

2. What problem are they trying to solve by learning from this particular teacher
3. What are their struggles with cooking
4. How much time each week/day they are willing to spend on cooking meals to nourish their body.
5. How much they are willing to spend to learn this life-changing skill.
