About Aruna
Meditation tailored to your needs
Meditation brings about calmness, peace and tranquility and this spreads on to all aspects of our lives.
People who come for sessions leave with such a smile
It was actually an eye-opening incident, when a high-flying marketing colleague, who seemed very successful, happy, perfectly groomed once asked if I would be willing to help guide her.
She loved the session and that was the inspiration to share my knowledge.
There is a need, a want for serenity in these turbulent times. People are seeking - and we offer them proven, ancient techniques.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher, an Initiated Spiritual mentor and a Meditation instructor for over 20 years.
I bring ancient meditation from the Vedas - the original, authentic, powerful, yet gentle practice.
