About Andrew
Eager to teach the basics or fine tune the more advanced cooking aficionados. As executive chef of many past KC favorites I can turn your daily meals into restaraunt quality events.
Hi, my name is Andrew and I’d love to travel to you for cooking instructions. I like to make them fun and almost as if I’m entertaining for my students. We can create a small menu of foods that interest you, where I can cook and explain as we go. I give instruction into Ingredients and most Important we go over technique. In the end I like to have it as a meal that we can then eat and discuss. Cost is per class and will usually last about 2 hours. Feel free to invite a couple friends as the cost doesn’t go up unless it’s over 4 people. Client covers food cost which can be discussed and agreed upon.
I have almost 2 decades of restaurant experience from being the chef at JJs on the plaza, working at bluestem, the American, and blue bird bistro. I’ve even opened an Indian restaraunt! I love to barbecue at home and Korean food is my favorite! Thanks and I hope we are able to get together!
I've trained many cooks as my time as an executive chef. It just comes naturally
I've worked at the best restaraunts in Kansas City, Hawaii, and New Orleans! I've cooked classical French, to American, Korean and even Indian!

I prefer to go over a small menu with client that I can cook and demonstrate different techniques and with ingredients we have planned out. Feel free to invite a couple friends or family members as I'll usually have a meal at the end of the class to sample and eat!

Details
I charge $100 for a class that usually lasts about 2 hours, we can create a small menu together ahead of time and I'll create a meal that can be enjoyed by the end of the class. Feel free to invite friends or family as I don't charge more unless it's 5 or more people. Client covers agree upon food cost!
