I offer both high end fine dining level cooking instruction as well as beginner and intermediete level cooking classes. Want to impress your SO with perfectly crisp duck breast? Or just trying to nail down that lasagna recipe? My diverse background can help you.

Being a chef and cook naturally involves teaching, so I have been teaching in essence my entire career. Recently however, I have 5 years cataring and in house cooking instruction.
