Ha wassup!!! I'm the Amazing Shayna a Zumba/Mixxed fit licensed Dance fitness Instructor.Inam also a AFFA certified group fitness instructor..My personality and energy sets me apart from others..and my connection with others the vibe is amazing I encourage you along with challenging you while you listen to your body to know your limits.. My environment is a judgment free zone..
Losing 75lbs in 9months back in June 2016 and now being an Instructor my self .to give back what wa so giving to me...The people and seeing smiles on thier faces for feeling good along with not so pretty faces for the natural pain of a good workout...Also being a role model for others.taking care of my own body with fitness and good eating

She enjoys dancing. She motivates everyone that attends her class. We started off at classmates in, 2015. Now Shayna is one my Zumba Fitness!!!! Instructor. Shayna was destined to be a Zumba fitness instructor
It's fun, exciting, and very energetic. The music is very fun!
She is an amazing dancer! Her class is fun and you can trust you are gonna sweat and burn some FAT!! Her energy is mind blowing to me!! Every time I go I’m like OMG!!! Yet I seem to always make my way back!!!
