About Preeti
Preeti Patel offers fun and engaging dance lessons. She is among the few belly dance instructors who also provide traditional dancing, bollywood dancing, Indian folk dancing and more. She has been dancing professionally and teaching for 10 years now. She also performs bollywood and belly dance fusion at wedding or other events.
My profession allows me to connect with people. People from all walks of like and all ages, it makes me realise the the world is bigger than we think and there's a way we can connect to the world and that is through dancing.
Teaching came very naturally to me. After taking professional training and assisting many known dancers I started teaching dance to kids for local event at no cost. It was such a beautiful experience to see kids smile and enjoy language of dance, when my students would win prizes or share story of how dance changes their day to day life, I knew I wanted to be the reason for bringing these happy changes and decided to teach dance professionally.
I have taken professional training in belly dance from Banjara School of dance in Delhi, India. Indian folk dance training from reknown folk artist in India. Dancehall training from Jahnavi Sheriff, Bollywood Hip-Hop training from Roli's Dance academy and hip-hop artists in Mumbai. I am fond of learning and desire to continue enhancing my current knowledge by training in more styles.

The first class is a demo session, I believe my student should feel completely confident about what they are investing into. If they are confident with my teaching pattern we move further to paid sessions.
I've worked with students of all age groups, from toddlers of Kinder Garten to adults of age 50 or more I've taught them all.

The way Preeti explains the steps is so easy to pick up. I wanted to learn a routine for my brother's wedding. I tried two other teachers before Preeti. She is the best!!!!

Had a memorable memorable dayWe took a belly class from Preeti. It was a surprise party for our friend’s birthday who loves to dance. Preeti took care of everything from arranging the studio, decorations and then group video. The lesson was so awesome and fun. I really recommend her.
Teaching style- Instructor made me feel comfortable with the choreography, when I wasn't able to catch up the step I wasn't forced to learn it, rather she understood that herself and changed it suiting my style.
Instructor is wonderful with explaining and walking you through each step. Her patience creates a safe place for an any artist, beginner or advance, to flourish.
