About Tabitha
With over 15 years of painting experience and a career in the Chicago Fine Art Industry, I offer exceptional lessons on traditional painting methods and techniques along with an insight into the contemporary art world and vast knowledge of art history. I received a Bachelors of Fine Art from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a concentration in painting and a minor in art history. Before beginning the first lesson, I like to have a 30-minute call with my students to go over their goals, expectations for the class, materials needed, etc. This initial consult is entirely free of charge, and the first formal lesson is also complementary to guarantee that I am the right fit for you. My classes are completely tailored to meet each student at their current level and to push them to improve/reach the goals they have set out to accomplish.
