About Tyshae
As a tutor I am responsible for leading one-on-one or small group lessons that cater to the needs and goals of my students. To help my students achieve the goals I will review classroom or curricula topics and assignments. Assist student with homework, projects, papers, test and other academic tasks. Working with students to help them understand the key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom. Providing students positive and constructive feedback. Offering feedback on progress to students parents and teachers where appropriate. I have been a tutor for 3 years. The youngest children I have tutored are in grade pre-k. The oldest children I have tutor is 5th grade. I tutor children in Baltimore Maryland my hometown. I would love to be able to give away my advice, and teachings to someone else. I am an assistant teacher for grades pre-k - 2and grade. I graduated from high school top 4 out of 91 students. I am a motivational speaker and founder of Nova Phoenix Podcast. My typical process for working with a new student is figuring out what strengths and weaknesses they might have for the particular subject they are getting help on. Getting to know them on a professional tutoring level to figure out what work ethic will work better for that student
