About Bethany

I have been tutoring students since I was in school, so at least ten years. I am passionate about English and would love to help students reach their full potential.

I made straight A's in English. I believe I could help kids do the same.

I got started at Head Start and I loved every minute of it.

I was a teacher at Head Start for two years. I am a published author as well.

About the lesson

My process involves evaluating where the student is and figuring out where they want to be.

I have worked with average, advanced, and non-verbal autistic students.

I would advise a student to look for someone they get along with and who makes them feel comfortable. It's also important that they understand how the teacher is explaining things to them.

Christmas 2019 was excellent. I spent it with my friends and family.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do you want to get out of these lessons?

What do you already understand?

What areas need improvement?

How comfortable are you with the teacher?
