About Faith
Having taught English for 6 years now to middle and high school students, I know what students need for a solid foundation in Reading and Writing so that they can find success at their next level of education.
I help students in middle and/or high school and of any ability. The goal is to meet each student where she is and help her get to where she needs to be. Learning areas include, but are not limited to: reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, critical thinking, literary analysis, AP Literature, or even just high school/college prep.
In a time where virtual learning is the norm, tutoring can be a great option for those who need that extra 1-1 attention.
My Qualifications:
- English Certification for grades 7-12
- Communcations Certification for grade 7-12
- Minor in Special Education (as stated, accommodations made as needed)

Each new client will complete a quick reading and writing diagnostic so I can determine what skills we need to work on. Also, providing copies of any tests or current graded school work would also help in getting to know each learner better!
